Registered Nurse - Med​/Surg, ER, OR; Notional

Location:

On site in either southeast, southwest, or central United States. Travel will likely be required.

• Provides medical services at the scope and level of a Registered Nurse to preserve the health of employees and client personnel.
• Systematically assesses urgent or emergent health needs of patients, analyzes data, and formulates a plan of care with other members of the medical team, realistic in relation to the employee's capabilities and job requirements.
• Recognizes and treats illnesses and injuries according to established operating instructions within the scope of licensure and state regulations.
• Ensures integrity and security of all privacy laws.
• Responds to a variety of inquiries of varying complexity by using knowledge and an understanding of established policies, procedures, and practices for safeguarding information (HIPAA, PHI, PII), including maintaining confidentiality of all company proprietary information.
• Uses research, cognitive reasoning, and follow‑up skills to fact‑check, verify, and document information, ensuring applicability, feasibility, and data integrity.
• Proactively multi‑tasks on a variety of assignments; provides thorough work while maintaining urgency based on program needs.
• Maintains professionalism, ethical standards, discretion, candor, privacy and confidentiality of all company proprietary information, meetings, communication, and documents, while implementing policies consistent with the organization.
• Records and maintains patient information according to standard protocols and the Privacy Act.
• Records signs and symptoms of physical and mental conditions.
• Exercises initiative, judgment, problem‑solving, and decision‑making daily.
• Protects patients' privacy through confidentiality, infection control procedures, consistent medication administration, and proper storage of equipment and supplies.
• Performs duties safely and follows corporate safety policy.
• Performs other duties as assigned in accordance with contract requirements.

• Graduated from an accredited nursing school.
• Active, unrestricted RN state license and ability to be favorably credentialed.
• 2 years of experience as a Registered Nurse.
• ACLS and BLS certification.
• Ability to multi‑task, be detail‑oriented, organized, and have excellent verbal and communication skills.
• Proficiency with computers and common office equipment, and with MS Office products.
• Ability to perform duties in a stressful, high‑paced environment without physical limitations.
• Ability to adapt to sudden changes and flexibility in work requirements, including potential shift changes based on operational needs and/or command priorities.
• US citizen or permanent resident residing in the US for 3 of the past 5 years.

• Current adjudicated DHS clearance.
• Bilingual in Spanish and English.

• Work involves sitting and standing for prolonged periods.
• May require bending, stooping, and lifting for patient care and transport.
