Deliver exceptional nursing services to patients and residents while maintaining the highest standards of quality and compassionate care.

• Supervise day-to-day activities performed by nursing assistants.
• Operate in accordance with federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, as directed by the Director of Nursing.
• Ensure all nursing personnel under your supervision comply with the facility’s written policies and procedures.

• Active LPN license in the state of residence.
• Current/active CPR certification.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
• Excellent organizational skills, able to prioritize and coordinate multiple projects while maintaining high quality.
• Excellent technical, assessment, and documentation skills with confidentiality.
