LPN Position Overview

We are seeking a Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team in Anniston, AL. This full‑time role offers a sign‑on bonus of $5,000 and pay ranging from $21 to $31 per hour, depending on experience.

• Work schedules include 7:00 pm–7:00 am and 7:00 am–7:00 pm shifts.
• Full‑time employment with shift differentials offered.
• Alabama LPN nursing license required; GNs and GPNs also hired.

• Maintain clinical competency through integrated nursing knowledge and skills, leadership, and communication.
• Utilize the nursing process in assessment, planning, and implementing care.
• Exhibit organizational abilities related to workflow and prioritization to meet patient care needs.
• Integrate current standards of practice and local, state, and federal regulations into patient care.
