Tagger

Function: aids in the processing of merchandise. Acts in a professional manner thus creating a pleasant environment for all to work.

Duties and responsibilities:

* check merchandise against purchase orders and packing slips for the correct style number and quantity received.

* sort merchandise shipped by style, color, and size; splits between stores.

* circle quantities received for each store, date, and initial purchase order.

* tag merchandise with correct alus, date, classification, and retail price.

* prepares paperwork to be sent to the stores with merchandise. Always keeps a duplicate for reference.

* repack merchandise neatly for delivery to stores.

* log a daily report and turn it into the tagging supervisor.

* standing long periods of time

* lifting over 50 lbs
