Location:
Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Paid drive time & mileage reimbursement.

Role2020 Companies seeks a reliable, detail-oriented, and self‑motivated Field Service Representative to represent leading brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP. The role involves executing a wide range of in‑store tasks.
- Installing and updating sales floor fixtures and endcaps
- Performing build‑outs, resets, and display repairs
- Following plan‑ograms and client‑specific directives
The installer works independently, meets deadlines, and uses mobile applications and technology to complete assignments efficiently and professionally. Strong communication and organizational skills are essential as you manage store‑level relationships and ensure top‑quality execution on every project.

- Maintain minimum 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period
- Variety of projects and clients
- Respond quickly to field services management (within 24 hours) and keep availability updated.
- Complete all assigned jobs on or before scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixturing.
- Complete necessary forms and surveys before leaving job site.
- Maintain and update displays according to planograms/ client requests.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays and fixtures are fully functional.
- Participate in early morning installations and work with a team of 2+ people, providing solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and ensure successful execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist other team members as needed.
- Submit accurate timecards and report anomalies daily.
- Work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
- Participate in training and certification programs.
- Track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems/workflows.
- Be available for weekend assignments as needed.
- Must be 18 or older.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible Monday through Friday.
- Weekend and holiday availability as needed.
- Early morning and late-night availability as needed.
- Maintain a minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Climb a ladder up to 10 feet.
- Safely lift and carry up to 60 lbs.
- Can kneel, walk, crouch, bend over, grasp, and reach overhead.
- Adapt to ever‑changing variety of tasks and environments.
- Effective communication via phone, text, and email.
- Use a smartphone for clocking in/out, uploading photos, downloading apps.
- Respond within 24 hours to field services management.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous retail or merchandising experience is beneficial.
- Installation and merchandising experience.
- Proficiency with hand and power tools.
- Ability to follow planogram directives.
- Must own an Android or Apple mobile device.
- Navigate communication platforms and apps independently.
- Complete all training assignments within the designated time frame.
- Work collaboratively and autonomously.
- Reliable transportation with valid driver’s license and insurance.
- Willingness to travel up to 90 miles from home per assignment.
- Superior leadership skills and professional communication.
- Make sound decisions and problem‑solve effectively.
