Overview
Retail Display Installer – Technology. Travel up to 90 miles from home, on average. Work Monday–Friday. Weekends not required. This role focuses on installing, updating, and repairing sales floor fixtures and displays for leading tech brands such as Dell, Intel, Dyson, Google, and HP.
Key Responsibilities- Respond promptly to field service management and keep availability updated; complete all assigned jobs by scheduled end dates.
- Install and build displays, end caps, and fixtures according to planograms and client requests.
- Complete necessary forms, images, and surveys for each job before leaving the site.
- Conduct break‑fix repairs to ensure displays are fully functional.
- Participate in early‑morning installations and team installations with 2+ people, providing solution feedback.
- Manage virtual software and execution of related tasks and timelines.
- Assist teammates as needed and contribute to team success.
- Submit accurate timecards, report anomalies daily, and correct as required.
- Attend training and certification programs and track, record, and communicate activity via designated systems.
- Be available for occasional weekend assignments and schedule within 48 hours of receipt.
- Age 18 or older, authorized to work in the United States.
- Flexible availability:
Monday–Friday; weekend and holiday availability as needed; early‑morning and late‑night availability as required. - Minimum of 20 hours of fieldwork within a rolling 30‑day period.
- Physical: climb ladder up to 10 ft; lift/carry up to 60 lbs; bend, kneel, crouch, reach overhead.
- Communication: effective phone, text, email coordination; use smartphone for clock‑in/out, photos, apps.
- Education:
high school diploma or equivalent required; previous retail/merchandising experience preferred. - Experience:
installation and merchandising, hand/power tool usage, following planogram directives. - Technology: own Android or Apple mobile device; navigate communication platforms independently.
- Training: complete all training assignments within designated time.
- Transportation: reliable transport, valid driver’s license, proof of insurance; willing to travel up to 90 miles per assignment.
- Leadership: strong professional communication, decision making, problem solving, autonomy, time management.
- Hourly pay starting at $16.25, based on experience and location.
- Next‑day pay on demand with Daily Pay; paid drive time and mileage reimbursement.
- Paid training sessions.
- Flexible self‑scheduling options and fixed shifts based on availability.
