Schedule: Full-time | On-site | Monday–Saturday rotation

A. Russell Ford is seeking a dependable and experienced Ford Parts Counterperson to join our team. This role is responsible for assisting both retail and internal customers with parts requests, ensuring accurate ordering, timely fulfillment, and exceptional service.
The ideal candidate will be organized, knowledgeable about Ford automotive parts and systems, and capable of delivering excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist technicians and retail customers with parts selection and sales
- Look up parts in the catalog and verify pricing and availability
- Process parts orders, returns, and special requests accurately
- Maintain inventory integrity and assist with stock orders
- Receive and shelve incoming shipments
- Help manage backorders, warranty parts, and core returns
- Work closely with the service and body shop departments to fulfill internal parts needs
- Maintain a clean and organized parts counter and storage area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a Ford automotive parts department preferred
- Familiarity with parts catalogs and DMS systems (Reynolds & Reynolds, CDK, etc.)
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and handle physical stockroom duties
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
