Key Responsibilities

• 10+ years of B2B sales experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry, with a proven track record of managing national accounts.
• Strong strategic thinking, negotiation, and communication skills, with the ability to influence at the C‑suite level.
• Demonstrated ability to build and lead high‑performing teams and collaborate across functions.
• Proficiency in CRM systems and data‑driven sales analytics.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Life Sciences, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
