Job Description & How to Apply Below
Position: Director of Enrollment Management, 2 Hour Learning - $200,000/year USD

While most enrollment positions prioritize volume, this role is designed to safeguard standards. Alpha is constructing one of the world's most forward-thinking school models. Our campuses integrate demanding academics, technology-enhanced learning, and elevated expectations for both students and faculty. Students routinely exceed national learning benchmarks, supported by verifiable data. Afternoons are dedicated to depth, autonomy, and practical skill development. The model delivers results.

But success depends entirely on enrolling the right families. That is your mandate. You will control the complete admissions process for a campus, spanning initial application to final enrollment. This is not a role where responsibilities are passed between departments. You are accountable for the family experience, the clarity with which they grasp our model, and ensuring enrollment decisions are made with proper alignment.

You will evaluate compatibility, facilitate meaningful dialogue, and advocate for declining applicants when appropriate. Maximum enrollment is not the objective. Alignment is.

We welcome candidates from high-end service backgrounds outside conventional education: selective private schools, competitive programs, premium hospitality, executive assistance, elite membership organizations, or entrepreneurs who have directly overseen high‑stakes client relationships from beginning to end. What counts is your capacity to execute a refined, multi‑phase process with discernment, precision, and accountability. If your career has centered on delivering exceptional service where trust, confidentiality, and experience quality define reputation, this position will resonate.

Apply now to elevate that standard in work of significance.

What You Will Be Doing
  • Taking complete ownership of the enrollment experience for prospective families, spanning initial outreach to final onboarding.
  • Facilitating diagnostic conversations to evaluate compatibility before offering solutions or suggesting subsequent actions.
  • Overseeing 20+ concurrent family engagements across various enrollment stages, maintaining transparent tracking and timely follow‑up.
  • Directing campus visits, student shadow days, and commitment discussions that articulate outcomes, expectations, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Ensuring precise CRM and enrollment documentation (Hub Spot and SIS) to enable forecasting, prioritization, and service excellence.
What You Won’t Be Doing
  • Employing transactional or aggressive sales methods.
  • Accepting misaligned families to satisfy enrollment targets.
  • Overseeing a substantial team or navigating complex approval hierarchies.
  • Fragmenting family relationship ownership across multiple personnel.
  • Operating remotely. This position requires on‑campus presence.

Design and deliver a high‑trust, selective enrollment process that successfully converts compatible families while preserving the integrity and academic performance of the Alpha model.

  • Experience concurrently managing 20+ client, guest, or family accounts at varying stages, utilizing a clear tracking and prioritization methodology.
  • Capacity to supply specific examples of advisory decision‑making, including instances where you recommended against your offering when alignment was absent.
  • Professional written correspondence experience with C‑suite executives, high‑net‑worth clients, or discerning audiences.
  • Willingness to reside in or relocate within 60 days to one of these markets:
    Greenwich, CT;
