50+ year-old manufacturing company has an opening for an Accounts Receivable / Billing Specialist. Direct-hire position with competitive benefits!
Duties:- Prepare and issue accurate invoices within ERP system
- Submit progress billing installments based on each project milestone
- Apply customers' payments accordingly based on specific project milestone
- Calculate applicable sales taxes
- Process credit memos, re-bills, and adjustments
- 2+ years of accounts receivables (AR) / billing experience
- Must have recent AR / billing experience within a manufacturing company
- Progress billing experience preferred
- ERP systems experience
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
Salary: $26-30/hr.
