- Blaine Learning Lab, 1201 89th Ave NE, Suite 335, Blaine, MN 55434

Part‑time – 12 months / 217 days / 5 hours a day

Schedule: Monday–Friday, including a minimum of 3 evenings a month

Assist with academic assessments and placement for ABE learners both in‑person and online.

Work independently processing paperwork and online forms.

Answer telephones and assist with scheduling testing.

Send and respond to emails; collect, review, and enter student data into the program's database.

Collaborate with the team and support front‑office duties; perform other duties as assigned.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Team‑work ability and flexibility in a busy environment.
• Regular attendance, including completing assigned days.
• Ability to lift a minimum of 20 pounds.
• Perform position responsibilities including physical handling and data functions.
• Must work physically on site.

• Experience in an ABE academic program with adults preferred.
• Experience working with diverse populations, academic, workforce, or school settings.
• Computer skills and data entry experience.
• Experience with Google Suite (Gmail, Docs, Sheets, Forms, etc.)

Rate of pay: $17.17 – $23.72 per hour
