Landscape - Construction Laborer

Twin City Staffing is hiring for a busy landscaping and irrigation company in Anoka, MN, where no two days are the same! We're seeking hardworking individuals to support both landscaping and construction projects. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working outdoors, operating equipment, and taking pride in physical, hands-on work.

Location: Anoka, MN

Wage: $20 - $25/hr, depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:00 am start time (weekends as needed)

Duties of the landscape - construction laborer:

• Assist with landscaping, irrigation, and construction projects
• Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, and excavators
• Perform grading, digging, trenching, and site prep tasks
• Install hardscapes, irrigation systems, and other outdoor features
• Load, unload, and transport materials using trucks and trailers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Requirements of the landscape - construction laborer:

• Previous landscaping or construction experience is a plus
• Heavy equipment experience strongly desired
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively
• Valid Driver's License & Medical DOT Card
• Acceptable motor vehicle record
• Ability to work in all weather conditions
• Pass all pre-hire requirements
