Schedule: Monday – Friday | 8:30 AM – 4:00 PM | Overtime when needed

Education Requirements
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • Additional education or training in sales, business, communications, marketing, or customer service is beneficial.
Experience Requirements
  • Previous customer service, call center, administrative support, or office experience preferred
  • Strong computer, data entry, and organizational skills
  • Experience handling inbound and outbound calls is a plus
Job Duties
  • Serve as a Client Experience Specialist by providing exceptional customer care to homeowners throughout the restoration process
  • Answer inbound calls and make outbound calls to clients, vendors, and insurance adjusters
  • Enter, update, and maintain accurate job information within company software systems
  • Provide customer support by explaining services, timelines, project updates, and next steps
  • Assist with claims support activities, including coordinating paperwork between clients, insurance carriers, and field crews
  • Follow up with leads and clients to maintain strong client relations and ensure projects stay on schedule
  • Support daily office operations and administrative tasks in a fast-paced team environment
Physical Capabilities
  • Primarily office-based position
  • Ability to sit, stand, and work at a computer for extended periods
  • Occasional lifting of up to 25 lbs.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced office environment

What You Will Do

As a Client Experience Specialist you will connect with customers through inbound or outbound calls, ask questions to understand their needs, explain products and services, recommend appropriate solutions, respond to questions and objections, identify additional sales opportunities, process orders or applications, document customer interactions, follow up with prospects or existing customers, and work toward individual and team sales goals while providing a professional customer experience.

A Client Experience Specialist turns customer conversations into opportunities by listening carefully, identifying needs, and connecting people with products or services that provide genuine value. This role combines sales ability with customer service, communication, and relationship building.

Successful Client Experience Specialist professionals understand that effective telephone sales is more than reading a script. They ask useful questions, listen to the answers, explain solutions clearly, respond to concerns professionally, and recognize the right moment to ask for the customer’s business.
