We are looking for a full‑time Dental Hygienist to join our team. The position is full time, 4 days a week with a flexible schedule. As a Dental Hygienist, you will provide quality care and patient education in a supportive, team‑based environment. You will have the autonomy to manage patient time and care, and the opportunity to grow your clinical skills with modern technology and ongoing mentorship.

• Current dental hygienist license in MN
• Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene (where required)
• Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, patient screening, and medical history documentation
• CPR certification

• New graduate or several years of clinical experience
• Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital X‑rays, and electronic medical record systems
• Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet patient needs and provide preventive care

• Ability to perform essential duties as required by the Office/Doctor/Heartland Dental, with or without reasonable accommodation
• Prolonged periods of sitting and standing
• Ability to lift and carry up to 45 pounds at times
• Availability to attend virtual or in‑person training sessions periodically throughout the year
• TB test required for all new hires in dental office positions (standard requirement)
