• Must hold an active Minnesota Teaching License
• Tier 3 or Tier 4 Minnesota teaching license required
• Background in special education, especially with students with developmental and cognitive disabilities, is preferred
• Ability to create inclusive, engaging lessons and build positive relationships with students
• Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with other educators, aides, and families
• Commitment to individualized instruction and data-informed teaching strategies

• Foster a welcoming, supportive classroom for elementary students with a wide spectrum of developmental and cognitive needs
• Design and implement IEPs and tailored learning plans in alignment with each students strengths and goals
• Collaborate routinely with paraprofessionals, therapists, and classroom team to ensure comprehensive support
• Communicate progress clearly and compassionately to families and school professionals
• Participate in ongoing professional development to enhance instructional approaches
