Special Education Teacher | Anoka, Minnesota

• Valid Minnesota Teaching Certification (Tier 3 or Tier 4 required)
• Prior experience as a Special Education Teacher, ideally in an elementary resource setting
• Ability to design and implement individualized education programs
• Collaborative spirit to work alongside general education teachers, support staff, and families
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering an uplifting, inclusive, and innovative learning environment
• MN Teaching Certification and current resume must be submitted to be considered

• Deliver engaging instruction in accordance with students individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Adapt general education lessons to support diverse learning needs
• Collaborate with staff and parents to track and support student progress
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation for compliance and reporting
• Support students as they explore STEM-focused subjects through project-based and inquiry-driven lessons

• Full-time, Monday through Friday schedule (37.5 hours per week) following the academic calendar
• End-to-end school year contract beginning early fall and running through early June
