Lead and coach teams on Six Sigma and Lean problem‑solving
, helping solve complex challenges and improve processesPlay a key role in new product launches
, supporting APQP activities and ensuring quality is built in from the startUse data and engineering insights to define standards, specifications, and control limits that ensure reliable, high‑quality production
Act as a Lean champion
, helping embed tools like FMEA, Control Plans, SPC, FAI, and PPAP into everyday operationsOwn and continuously improve our Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015), including supporting audits and driving corrective actions
Lead and develop a team of Quality Technicians
, providing coaching, guidance, and supportPartner closely with teams across manufacturing, engineering, supply chain, and beyond to keep production running smoothly and meeting customer expectations
Drive root cause analysis, containment, and corrective actions when issues arise
Establish and improve in‑process quality controls to strengthen product reliability and manufacturing capability
Bring your knowledge of engineering and Lean principles to continuously improve how we work
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related STEM field
~6+ years of experience in manufacturing or quality environments
Experience leading cross‑functional teams and customer‑related quality efforts
Previous experience leading or supervising others preferred
Familiarity with quality certifications (CQE, CMQ, CQA) and/or ISO 9001 auditing is a plus
Experience with
process improvement, Lean, Six Sigma, and quality systems
