We're currently looking for caring, motivated individuals to join our team as Behavior Technicians (BTs) ther you're just starting your career or looking for something more meaningful, this is your chance to be part of something extraordinary.

We'll invest in you with paid training and support to become a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) within just 120 days of hire.
What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay
- No RBT yet? Start at $17.50-$18.50/hour
- RBT certified? Start at $18/hour, with opportunities to grow to $24.50/hour
- $1,000 Sign-On Bonus
- Paid RBT certification and training (we cover the exam costs!)
- 401(k) with company match
- $500 referral bonus
- Paid time off, holiday pay, mileage reimbursement
- Full health benefits for full-time team members
- 1:1 client sessions-no group billing or overwhelming caseloads
- Clear career path with opportunities for growth and leadership
- Full-time availability Monday-Friday, between 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
- High school diploma or GED required
- Experience with children or individuals with special needs is preferred
- Must be 18 or older with a positive, solution-focused attitude
