Qualifications &

Experience:
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid and current state licensure or eligibility
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) applicants welcome
  • Prior experience working with pediatric populations or within school settings preferred
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to develop tailored treatment plans for diverse needs
Responsibilities:
  • Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Develop and implement individualized education program (IEP) goals
  • Deliver targeted therapy services (individual and group) based on student requirements
  • Document progress, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Consult with teachers, parents, and other specialists to support student learning outcomes
  • Advocate for language and communication development within the classroom
  • Stay updated on best practices and continuing education relevant to the school population
