In-Home Caregiver – Anoka Area
Comfort Keepers is hiring compassionate and dependable In-Home Caregivers to provide personalized support to seniors and adults throughout the Anoka area.
Pay: $18–$21/hour based on experience + $3/hour Weekend Differential

We're currently looking for caregivers who can work:
- Tuesday and Thursday: 9:00 AM - 12:00 PM
- Tuesday: 12:00 PM to 3:00 PM
Additional shifts may be available for caregivers interested in picking up extra hours.

What You'll Do:
As an In-Home Caregiver, you'll provide non-medical support designed to help clients remain safe, comfortable, engaged, and independent in their homes.
Responsibilities may include:
- Assisting with personal care
- Preparing meals
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Providing medication reminders
- Assisting with mobility and transfers
- Performing light housekeeping
- Providing transportation and assistance with errands
- Supporting clients with daily routines and activities
Our Interactive Caregiving™ approach encourages clients to participate in their daily activities whenever possible, helping promote dignity, independence, and quality of life.
Qualifications:
Healthcare experience is a plus, but not required. Training is provided for qualified candidates.
We're looking for someone who is:
- At least 18 years old
- Compassionate, dependable, and responsible
- Willing to learn and grow
- Comfortable working independently in a client's home
- Able to communicate effectively
- Equipped with a valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
Experience as a Caregiver, CNA, HHA, PCA, RA, DSS, or other healthcare professional is a plus.
Education & Career Advancement:
Caregiving is an excellent way to gain hands-on experience if you're considering a future career as a CNA, LPN, RN, social worker, or other healthcare professional.
Eligible direct-care employees may also have access to scholarship support through the Minnesota Department of Health HCBS Employee Scholarship Program.
Qualified team members may receive assistance with approved educational expenses while pursuing CNA, LPN, or RN training, supporting career advancement in home and community-based care.
To be eligible, employees must work in a direct-care role for an average of at least 10 hours per week and meet program requirements. Scholarship funding is limited and awarded based on eligibility, available funds, and approved educational expenses.
