Employee pay within this range will be based on a combination of factors including knowledge, skills, abilities, experience, education, and performance. The Senior Manufacturing Systems Platform Architect will support our exciting fast growth Data Solutions business by ensuring scalable, reliable, and integrated manufacturing data platforms.
** WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:
*** Transform our manufacturing systems and processes using innovative IT (information technology) and OT (operational technology) platforms
* Collaborate with Digital, Operations, and Engineering teams to identify, design and deliver digital solutions that enhance manufacturing employee experience, improve training effectiveness, increase labor and equipment productivity, improve quality, and enable full product genealogy and traceability.
* Lead or participate in critical initiatives as well as continuous improvement (Kaizen) projects to drive measurable business value
* Establish and ensure data standards aligned across platforms; partner with business and analytics teams to drive value through analytics tools and dashboards
* Perform installation and configuration tasks related to software packages and collaborate with software vendors on product roadmaps and enhancements
* Integrate data & processes across our global enterprise platforms such as MES, ERP, PLM, SCADA/Equipment and cloud-based analytics platforms
* Support critical incident response processes with the overall aim to improve resiliency in our factory operations and ensuring uptime for digital platforms that support them
