Software Tester

Our client, a leading company in the bakery industry, is seeking a dedicated Software Tester to join their team. As a Software Tester, you will be part of the Quality Assurance department supporting the development and maintenance of innovative customer-facing technology systems. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication, which will align successfully in the organization.

** Shift:
** Monday - Friday; 8:00AM - 5:00PM

** What's the Job?*
* + Conduct functional testing of all customer-facing technology, including Photocake® printers and applications.

+ Create and execute test plans, perform website and software testing, and develop technical documentation.

+ Collaborate with development and engineering teams to resolve technical issues promptly.

+ Perform root cause analysis to identify and implement preventive measures for recurring issues.

+ Support training initiatives for internal and external customers through webinars and content creation.

** What's Needed?*
* + Associate's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field, or 2-4 years of relevant experience.

+ Minimum of 1 year experience in manual software and hardware testing, user acceptance testing, or quality assurance roles.

+ Experience executing and maintaining manual test scripts and familiarity with defect tracking tools like Jira.

+ Basic understanding of SDLC and quality assurance methodologies.

+ Experience testing applications on Android, iOS, and web browsers such as Chrome, Firefox, Safari, and IE.
