Sourcing Manager- Data Center Solutions

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sourcing strategies that optimize cost, quality, delivery, and supply continuity across assigned categories.
• Handle strategic supplier relationships and lead negotiations to achieve cost savings, mitigate risk, and support business objectives.
• Partner cross‑functionally with Engineering, Operations, Manufacturing, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to align sourcing activities with business needs.
• Identify and mitigate supplier and supply chain risks through proactive planning, performance monitoring, and contingency strategies.
• Drive supplier performance through scorecards, business reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Lead supplier selection, contract management, and capacity planning activities to ensure long‑term supply reliability and scalability.
• Foster strong supplier partnerships that promote collaboration, innovation, operational excellence, and sustainable growth.
• Use data, analytics, and market intelligence to support sourcing decisions and evaluate supplier capabilities.

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management or a related field.
• 8+ years of experience in a relatively large supply chain organization is preferred.
• Passion for leading and developing people.
• Experience directly managing complex categories.
• Strong negotiation skills including experience negotiating multi‑million dollar contracts.
• Demonstrated ability to think strategically and adapt to a high growth environment.
• Ability to travel a minimum of 10%.
