Overview
The duties of this position are to assist the Building Supervisor in directing work of custodians, assist with housekeeping and maintenance of the school building, and perform other duties as assigned.
ResponsibilitiesAssist Building Supervisor, direct custodian work, maintain school building, housekeeping, other assignments.
Minimum Qualifications- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minnesota 2nd Class Engineer Boiler License.
- Training or experience in pneumatic controls, heating applications, electrical and mechanical fields.
- Lift a minimum of 70 pounds.
- Maintain regular attendance and complete assigned days.
- Perform position responsibilities including physical factors, work devices, materials handling, data functions, and people functions.
$22.05/hour to $31.00/hour based on step and license/position, plus benefits.
