This is a full-time, on-site role for a Computer Numerical Control (CNC) Programmer based in Ramsey, MN. The CNC Programmer will be responsible for developing CNC programs for machining equipment, interpreting and creating technical drawings, and setting up and optimizing milling processes. This role involves collaborating with machinists and engineers to enhance production efficiency and ensure the highest standards of precision and quality.

• Proficiency in CNC Programming and Programming for machining equipment
• Experience with Machining and Milling operations
• Strong ability to interpret and create Technical Drawings
• Knowledge of equipment maintenance and optimization techniques
• Attention to detail and commitment to maintaining quality standards
• Bachelor's degree or technical certification in a related field is advantageous
• Experience in manufacturing or aerospace industries is a plus
