** Position Overview*
* We are seeking an experienced CNC Programmer / Machinist to join our client's Swiss department. This role combines programming, setup, and operation of multi-axis CNC machines with mentorship and continuous improvement responsibilities. The ideal candidate is hands-on, detail-oriented, and thrives in a precision-driven, collaborative environment, ensuring high-quality components are delivered efficiently and accurately.

** Key Responsibilities*
* + Program, set up, and operate multi-axis CNC machines

+ Apply deep understanding of tooling, speeds/feeds, and machining strategies

+ Mentor and train junior operators and setup personnel

+ Troubleshoot machining issues and drive continuous improvement initiatives

+ Maintain compliance with regulated, precision-driven processes (medical device manufacturing)

** Qualifications*
* + 7+ years of CNC programming experience with strong machining skills

+ Proficiency with Mastercam, GibbsCAM, or ESPRIT

+ Hands-on experience with multi-axis Swiss machines (Citizen L20, L220, M32, K16 preferred)

+ Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

+ Ability to thrive in a collaborative, results-oriented environment
