Paint Prep Laborer
Support the paint process by prepping, loading, and unloading metal parts. This role includes training in powder coating and basic quality inspection.
Wash and prep metal parts for painting
Load and unload parts on the paint line
Rack parts securely for processing
Assist with general production tasks
Learn powder coating (spraying and finishing)
Perform basic quality checks for smooth, even coating
Follow safety guidelines and lift up to 50 lbs
Maintain a clean, organized workspace
6+ months of manufacturing or general labor experience
Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical work
Comfortable in fast-paced, non-climate-controlled environment
Willing to rotate tasks and work independently
Experience in material handling, racking, or packaging
Interest in powder coating
Strong attention to detail

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.75/hr.
