Mechanical Assembler
The Mechanical Assembler completes the full assembly of various machine models by following established procedures and quality standards. This role involves working with hand, power, and pneumatic tools, reading blueprints and work instructions, and moving completed machines using pallet jacks. The position requires strong mechanical aptitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a team-focused production environment.
Responsibilities
- Assemble a variety of machine models from start to finish by following established procedures and work instructions.
- Use hand tools such as wrenches, screwdrivers, sockets, and ratchets to perform mechanical assembly tasks.
- Operate power tools including drills and impact drivers, as well as pneumatic and air tools, to complete assembly work safely and efficiently.
- Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and work instructions to ensure accurate assembly of components and machines.
- Move machines and components as required using manual and electric pallet jacks while following safe material-handling practices.
- Measure and verify dimensions using a tape measure and other basic measuring tools to ensure components are assembled to specification.
- Communicate effectively with supervisors and coworkers regarding production status, issues, or improvements.

This is a permanent position based out of Anoka, MN.
Pay and Benefits
The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $20.00/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
