Perform TIG (heliarc) welding on thin stainless steel components for custom, short-run, prototype equipment in the food industry;
Use MIG welding and wire feed processes as needed to support fabrication and production requirements;
Interpret and work from blueprints, drawings, and GD&T specifications to produce accurate and compliant weldments and assemblies;
Execute intricate welding processes, both by hand and using machines, to develop complex fabrications that meet closely prescribed standards;
Set up and operate welding equipment, including selecting and adjusting machine settings for GTAW, FCAW, and GMAW processes
