Hiring Entry Level Assemblers in Anoka, MN
Location:
Anoka, MN
Shift: 1st, 2nd, and 3rd.
Key Responsibilities- Assemble heating and cooling units according to production and quality standards.
- Perform general assembly work using hand tools and power tools.
- Build complete units and individual components both independently and as part of a team.
- Safely operate a variety of hand and power tools.
- Follow work instructions and quality procedures to ensure product accuracy.
- Learn to read and interpret blueprints for more complex assembly tasks.
- Participate in cross-training opportunities, including wiring and testing of units.
- Pursue brazing certification and additional technical training opportunities.
- Rotate between different work areas as needed to support production demands.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Stand and perform assembly tasks throughout the shift in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Desire to build a career in manufacturing.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and remain on your feet for the duration of the shift.
- Basic experience using hand tools and power tools.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to follow instructions and learn new skills.

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.
Pay and Benefits:
The pay range for this position is $22.25 - $22.25/hr eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
