Finishers

Anderson Dahlen is seeking Finishers to support our custom stainless steel equipment fabrication for food, pharmaceutical, and industrial customers. In this role, you will grind, deburr, blend, and polish stainless steel components and welds to precise cosmetic and sanitary standards, following drawings and job travelers. You'll inspect surfaces, use a variety of hand and power tools, and maintain quality and safety in a fast-paced shop environment.

Collaborating with fabricators and welders, you'll help deliver turnkey equipment while growing your skills in metal finishing, blueprint reading, and precision manufacturing.
