Lead Welder

Anderson Dahlen is seeking a Lead Welder to oversee welding on custom stainless steel equipment for food, pharmaceutical, and industrial customers. In this role, you will interpret blueprints, set up and operate welding equipment, and ensure weld quality and code compliance. You will mentor welders, coordinate with engineering and fabrication teams, and drive continuous improvement in processes, quality, and safety.
