Perform hanging, unloading, pre-staging, masking, and painting operations according to established standards and specifications;
Apply paint using spray guns and related equipment for industrial, commercial, or residential-style production painting;
Support and participate in continuous improvement efforts related to paint processes and workflow;
Maintain paint equipment, tools, and paint booths in good operating condition and report any issues promptly;
Prepare surfaces for painting, including cleaning, masking, and other paint prep tasks to ensure proper adhesion and finish quality
