Paint Line Loader

Hang weldments on paint line and inspect for quality.

Essential duties include:

• Pull carts of product from inventory into staging area
• Properly hang weldments onto conveyor line using hoist and hooks
• Visually inspect parts for quality (missing or inadequate welds, weld spatter, etc.)
• Remove hooks as needed for reconditioning
• Perform Oracle transactions
• Report supply needs, equipment breakdowns, accidents or injuries to supervisor

Non-essential job functions include:

• Perform other duties as assigned

Requirements include:

• Ability to effectively communicate in English (read, write, speak and understand)
• Ability to work a flexible schedule
• Ability to read blueprints, drawings and work instructions
• High School Diploma or GED

Physical requirements include:

• Lift up to 30 lbs frequently and 50 lbs occasionally
• Push/pull up to 25 lbs
• Walk, stand, bend, twist/turn, reach overhead and grasp tools as necessary
• Operate hoist, sander and grinder
