rms Company, a Cretex Medical affiliate, is hiring an entry-level Production Operator Assembler I in Minnesota. The role performs basic machine operation, inspection, assembly, and packaging across multiple production areas, following procedures and quality standards to produce high-quality medical device components.
The position supports a 2nd shift schedule (Mon–Thu, 3:45pm–1:45am) with training on 1st shift (Mon–Thu, 6am–4pm) for 2–4 weeks.
