Temperature Specialists, Inc. is seeking a Sensor Element Fabricator to build custom temperature sensor elements for industrial and HVAC applications. In this on-site role in Rogers, MN, you will assemble, solder, and wire sensor components using hand tools and technical drawings, ensuring accuracy, cleanliness, and quality. You'll inspect parts, document builds, and collaborate with engineers and technicians on custom and made-to-order solutions.
Ideal candidates have manufacturing or electronics assembly experience, strong attention to detail, and a commitment to safety and precision in a quality-driven environment.
Responsibilities
- Fabricate and assemble temperature sensor elements to specification
- Read and follow technical drawings, work orders, and fabrication instructions
- Operate hand tools and basic manufacturing equipment safely
- Inspect components and finished sensor elements for quality and accuracy
- Perform soldering, wiring, and connector attachment as required
- Document production data and maintain accurate build records
- Collaborate with engineers and technicians on custom builds and improvements
- Follow safety, cleanliness, and quality procedures in a manufacturing environment
