Sensor Assembler and Fabricator

Temperature Specialists, Inc. in Rogers, MN seeks a Sensor Assembler and Fabricator to build custom temperature sensors for industrial, OEM, and HVAC applications. Responsibilities include reading work instructions and schematics, assembling sensor components, soldering, crimping, and potting, performing basic wiring and insulation, and inspecting work for accuracy and quality. You will use hand tools, measurement devices, and production equipment while following safety and ISO/quality procedures.

Work closely with engineering and production teams to meet customer specifications, maintain documentation, and support continuous improvement in a clean, manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and fabricate custom temperature sensors to specification
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and schematics
• Perform soldering, crimping, potting, and basic wiring tasks
• Use hand tools, measurement instruments, and production equipment safely
• Inspect assemblies for accuracy, quality, and reliability
• Document work, maintain records, and label finished products
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to resolve issues
• Follow safety, quality, and ISO/production procedures
