Machine Operator

Diamond Graphics, a specialty printing and packaging company in Plymouth, MN, is seeking a Machine Operator to run and maintain production equipment for custom plastic cards, gift cards, and packaging. In this role, you'll set up machines, perform basic adjustments, monitor print quality, and complete changeovers to meet customer specifications. You will inspect products, troubleshoot minor mechanical issues, follow safety and quality standards, and accurately document production data.

Working in a collaborative, quality-focused environment, you'll help ensure efficient runs, minimal waste, and on-time delivery for major brand clients.

Responsibilities

• Set up, operate, and monitor specialty printing and card production machines
• Perform routine adjustments and basic maintenance to maintain optimal performance
• Inspect printed cards and packaging for quality, color accuracy, and defects
• Complete job changeovers according to specifications and production schedules
• Follow safety procedures and maintain a clean, organized work area
• Record production data, downtime, and material usage accurately
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet output and quality goals
• Troubleshoot minor mechanical and printing issues and escalate when needed
