This position combines production support, material movement, and warehouse operations in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

• Move raw materials and finished products throughout the facility using forklifts and pallet jacks.
• Supply production lines with materials to ensure efficient operations.
• Pick, pack, stage, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Load and unload trucks safely and accurately.
• Operate handheld scanners and maintain inventory accuracy.
• Inspect materials and products to ensure quality standards are met.
• Assist with production activities as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.

• 6+ months of manufacturing, warehouse, production, or material handling experience.
• Forklift experience required.
• Experience with pallet jacks, scanners, and inventory systems preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
• Ability to lift, move, and transport materials throughout the shift.
• Dependable attendance and strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Anoka, MN.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $21.50 - $23.50/hr individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
