We are hiring Entry-Level Assemblers to join a growing manufacturing team in Anoka, MN. In this role, you will assemble copper piping and rubber tubing for high-density liquid cooling products using hand and power tools. You will also read blueprints, build mechanical assemblies, and learn skills such as brazing and grinding.

No previous manufacturing experience is required. We are looking for motivated individuals who are interested in building a long-term career in manufacturing.

• Assemble copper piping, rubber tubing, and cooling system components
• Use hand and power tools to complete assembly tasks
• Read and follow blueprints and work instructions
• Learn brazing and grinding techniques
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Follow safety procedures and production standards
• Work independently and as part of a team
• Stand for the duration of the shift

• Strong interest in manufacturing and assembly work
• Experience using hand or power tools preferred
• Previous assembly experience is a plus
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and blueprints
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to stand throughout the shift

• Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
• Pay: $20.00/hr

• Monday-Friday, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM
• Shift differential available

• Overnight shift available
• Shift differential available

Mandatory overtime may be required, including occasional Saturdays.

This is a Permanent position based out of Anoka, MN.

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.85/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
