• Days of Work: varies, will include every other weekend
• Salary Range: $42.20 - $62.48 hourly

• Mandatory TB test required prior to employment

• Collaborate with the RN Supervisor to ensure compliance with facility policies, program requirements, and regulatory standards
• Provide clinical support and leadership to nursing staff
• Assume charge nurse responsibilities as assigned on unit
• Assist the RN Supervisor in managing the delivery of high‑quality nursing care on the assigned unit

• Current licensure in Minnesota as a Registered Nurse
• Bachelor’s degree in nursing and at least 2 years of RN experience, or
• Associate’s degree or diploma in nursing and at least 3 years of RN experience
• Certification in a relevant specialty area may substitute for 1 year of RN experience

• Experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illness
