Registered Nurse (RN)

Responsibilities include:

• Utilizing the nursing process for patient assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation.
• Providing individualized care and collaborating with healthcare professionals, including physicians.
• Delivering care across all phases of prevention, health maintenance, diagnosis, treatment, and follow-up.
• Planning and coordinating patient care, education, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Practicing within the scope of nursing standards and adhering to legal and ethical guidelines.

Qualifications and skills:

• Graduate from an accredited nursing program; a bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Unencumbered RN license in the practicing state or multistate licensure (NLC).
• At least one year of nursing experience, with six months of travel experience.
• Ability to live at least 60 miles from the assigned facility.
• Competency in required certifications and departmental standards.

Key duties:

• Providing patient care in various shift options, including weekends, nights, or variable schedules.
• Engaging in patient education, assessment, triage, and nursing interventions.
• Working within full scope of nursing practice and adhering to professional standards.
