Perform quality assessments of the machined components we produce.

• Perform quality assessment of medical device components.
• Use micrometers, calipers, vision systems and CMMs.
• Maintain accurate inspection records and other internal quality records.
• Interpret prints and specifications.
• Report nonconformances.
• Communicate and collaborate effectively with team members.
• Create inspection routines for Micro-Vu Vision Systems and Hexagon CMMs.

• Be familiar with the requirements of ISO-13485 quality management system.
• Experience with 1
  
  Factory or similar digital inspection report software is a plus.
• Effectively uses time and is prompt on completing assignments.
• Be able to communicate effectively.
• Be able to understand and follow standards, protocols, and procedures without excessive instruction.
• Must be detail-oriented.
• Cooperate with all co-workers and staff.
• Be mechanically inclined.
• Be able to work overtime on Fridays as needed.
• Experience with common measurement tools (Micrometers, calipers, vision systems).
• English proficiency.
