Overview

The Meat Clerk II is responsible for providing meat preparation services for customers, filling the service counter and self‑service cases, and waiting on guests at the counter. The Meat Clerk II is expected to use meat operating tools and equipment up to 60% of the time. In stores that feature a Smokehouse, this role assists the Smokehouse Manager by creating superior sausage and other smokehouse products.

The Meat Clerk II delivers continuous exceptional guest service, ensures superior quality and freshness of all meat, seafood and smokehouse products, educates and assists customers at the meat and seafood service counter, and maintains fully stocked cases while adhering to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations.
