International Sales Director
The Kinetic Group seeks an International Sales Director (HQ Anoka, MN; various possible worksites) to lead a sales team across 11 Midwest states for Remington Ammunition accessories. This role supervises a Sales Manager and Sales Representatives to build and maintain customer relationships.
Travel required:
60–70% domestic for sales events and corporate meetings (Anoka, MN).
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage sales team to drive growth and customer engagement
- Build and maintain relationships with customers and partners
- Support product development through testing and feedback
- Develop promotional programs
- Create and manage sales budgets
- Support and grow sales
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree
- Minimum 60 months of progressive post-degree experience in a Sales Director or related sales role
Experience must include:
- Hunting, shooting, sporting goods, or related industry
- Team management
- External and internal ballistics, wound ballistics presentations
- Bullet construction and use; long-range shooting techniques and applications
- Communicating product value across firearms customer segments
- Working with product development teams (testing and feedback)
- Developing promotional programs
- Budget creation and management
- International sales
Work Environment:
Employee work assignments may include tasks working with and/or exposure to potentially hazardous areas, including flammables and explosives. Safety training is provided to all employees to ensure compliance with company and federal regulations.

The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills/achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
