Sales Representative - Hybrid - Anoka, MN

Salary: USD 60,000 - USD 125,000 per year

Ledgent Technology is working with a local technology and service provider to identify an experienced sales professional to join their growing team. This is a hunter position with responsibility for identifying and closing new business.

This is a permanent/FTE position which will be onsite in Anoka, MN with potential for one day remote per week after the first 6 months, and pays $60-70k base salary with an uncapped commission structure and on-target earnings of $100-$125k in the first year.

• Must be able to demonstrate strong prospecting, selling, and closing skills while developing leads from cold calling on many different platforms
• Provide accurate forecasting, positive operational interfacing, and sell products to nationwide companies
• Account management and relationship building for longer sales cycles
• Conduct client and prospecting interactions via Teams

• The ideal candidate has 3+ years of experience in business-to-business sales
• Must have a proven ability to work independently and have experience in presenting/selling to C-level decision makers
• Prior experience prospecting new business and growing long-lasting accounts
• Highly proficient with the MS Office Suite
• Excellent written/verbal communication and listening skills
