Job Title:
Journeyman Plumber

Location: Ramsey, MN

We are looking to add a Journeyman Plumber to our stellar team.

$45-$55/Hr + BONUSES!

Responsibilities:
  • Install, repair, and maintain water supply systems, drain/waste/vent (DWV) lines, plumbing fixtures, piping, and related components in residential homes
  • Quickly diagnose plumbing issues and provide smart, code-compliant fixes that keep customers happy
  • Build great relationships—communicate professionally with customers about work details, progress, and recommendations
  • Team up with other trades on job sites and mentor apprentice plumbers to help them grow
  • Prioritize safety by following all job-site protocols, OSHA standards, and local regulations
  • Stay organized and manage your time to hit deadlines, with flexibility for occasional overtime or emergency calls that keep our community covered
Qualifications:
  • Active Minnesota Journey worker Plumber license in good standing (required)
  • Completion of a DLI-registered plumbing apprenticeship or equivalent documented work experience (minimum ~4 years / 7,000 hours of practical plumbing experience)
  • Solid knowledge of the Minnesota State Plumbing Code (2020 edition with amendments)
  • Hands-on proficiency with water supply, DWV systems, fixture installation/repair, and quality tools/materials
  • Sharp problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with a keen eye for detail
  • Ability to work independently delivering exceptional results
  • Willingness to complete required continuing education (16 hours every two years, including at least 8 on the State Plumbing Code)
  • Full-time availability, including occasional overtime/emergency service
