Exterior Carpenter

Location: Anoka, MN

Wage: $25 - $30/hr., depending on experience

Hours: Monday - Friday, 6:30 am - 5:30 pm (weekends as needed)

Duties of the exterior carpenter:

• Assist with framing, decking, siding, and other exterior carpentry work
• Operate heavy equipment such as skid steers, trenchers, and excavators as needed
• Load and unload building materials
• Transport materials using trucks and trailers
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site

Requirements of the exterior carpenter:

• Prior experience in exterior carpentry, framing, decks, and siding
• Heavy equipment experience is a plus
• Ability to lift 50 lbs repetitively
• Valid Driver's License and Medical DOT Card
• Acceptable motor vehicle record
• Ability to work outdoors in all weather conditions
• Pass all pre-hire requirements
