Trillium construction is hiring a welding foreman in Ramsey, MN.
Responsibilities- Manage crews and projects across various sites, weld structural steel to AWS code and take full ownership of safety, quality and production.
- Perform welding of MIG, FCAW, and SMAW. AWS Cert is required.
- Read, interpret and execute work from blueprints, shop drawings.
- Plan daily manpower, work sequencing and jobsite logistics.
- Ensure all welds pass visual and special inspections.
- Take full responsibility for tools, welding machines and equipment condition.
- Commercial and Industrial projects.
- 5+ years of structural steel welding experience.
- 3+ years of experience running crews as a foreman.
- AWS Certified Welder or CWI.
- Valid Driver’s license and reliable transportation.
- Ability to pass pre‑employment screenings.
Pay: $37.50/hr
Schedule:
Monday–Friday 40 hours a week
