Overview
The Anoka Metro Regional Treatment Center (AMRTC) is looking to hire an Electrician Lead. This role provides lead work to all staff within the maintenance department at AMRTC and is responsible for maintaining and repairing electrical systems and electronic equipment in accordance with federal and state electrical codes. The position involves determining work methods, providing advanced assistance to the trade areas, and performing duties of trades staff when others are unavailable.

No - Salary: $36.67 - $42.67 hourly; $76,566 - $89,094 annually
- Plan, design, and review work by contract vendors and maintenance staff to ensure code compliance, proper permits, and current modification records.
- Install, repair, and maintain electrical wiring systems and fixtures (outlets, switches, breaker panels, boiler controls, lighting). Repair electrical equipment and appliances (e.g., washers, dryers, CRAC units, motors).
- Support electronic security, communication, and energy management systems to ensure smooth and safe facility operation.
- Maintain hand and power tools for safe, efficient use on current and future electrical projects; inspect tools for condition.
- Active Master Electrician license in the state of Minnesota
- Experience providing lead work, including prioritizing and assigning duties, guiding and reporting on activities of other staff
